How it works

- Pay securely in-app — Stripe handles every transaction; we never hold your money
- Owners and contractors get paid directly — earnings land in your bank on a weekly schedule
Switchboard takes a 10% platform fee per transaction (5% from each side). Stripe handles all payouts, identity verification, and year-end tax forms.
